Projects
Tasks in five columns, grouped into epics, each one carrying who has it and when it is due. The same tasks read as a sortable list when that is the question you are asking.
Included from the Growth plan, 30 days free, no card.
Every branch, one list
A project belongs to the business, not to one branch, so the people on it can come from any of them.
One set of tasks, read two ways.
The board is for moving work along and the list is for answering what is due this week. They are the same tasks underneath, so a card dragged on the board is already sorted in the list.
What it covers
A project, the epics inside it, the tasks inside those, and the people they are handed to.
What this module is not: there is no time tracking, no estimates or billable hours, and no dependencies or Gantt chart. It is a board, a list and a thread, sitting in the same platform as the books.

Four screens from the real thing, and you can tap them.
A project board for an invented Store refit project, with five columns: Backlog 3, To Do 2, In Progress 2, In Review 1, Done 4. Cards carry a coloured epic bar, a title, a priority chip, a due date and the assignee initials. In Progress holds "Fit the new counter", urgent, due October 9, assigned to RT. An epic filter above the board reads All epics, Fit-out, Permits and Launch, and a Board / List toggle with a New task button sits on the right.
Step 1 of 4
Backlog, To Do, In Progress, In Review and Done. A card carries the one thing that matters at a glance: how urgent it is, who has it, and when it is due. The coloured bar down its left is the epic it belongs to.
Dragging a card to the next column is the status change. Nobody opens a form to say a thing has started.
Tap the marked spots on the screen, or move through the steps above with the arrow keys.
Sample project, people and dates, invented for this page. Your own would be on the screen within the first thirty minutes.
Thirty minutes, your projects and your people.
