Human Resource
201 files, contracts, daily time records and leave, built for the way a Philippine branch actually hires: regular staff and fixed term alike. The record you edit is the record payroll reads.
30 days free, no card, 10 employees included.
Northside Branch · Demo Coffee Co.
A signed contract stays exactly as it was signed.
A regularization, a renewal and a rehire are each their own contract, and each rate sits under the one it belongs to.
The employee pipeline
Five stages, each handing the next what it already knows, and it runs both ways a Philippine branch hires.
Probationary, then regularization on the date it is earned, issued as its own contract. The checkpoint that decides it schedules itself, which is the difference between regularizing on time and finding out six months late.
It stops on a date somebody agreed to rather than on a decision somebody makes, so it is the one that can lapse unnoticed. The branch is warned ahead, an overdue term stays listed rather than expiring itself, and a renewal is a new contract rather than an edited one.
Departments and the org chart are drawn from the reporting lines already on each 201 file, never redrawn by hand.
My Workspace
Not a portal they open once a year. It is where somebody starts their shift, and most of it is not attendance.
Cards appear only where they apply: no leave granted, no My Leave, and inventory stays off until you switch it on for that person. A change to their own details reaches you as a request to approve, never as an edit that already happened. Answering a notice here is off until a branch turns it on, and opening one is what records receipt, which is the date the answer period actually runs from.
Your branch has asked you to explain an incident in writing. Your explanation is due 09/20/2026.

Six screens from the real thing, and you can tap them. One employee on one record: hired on probation, rated at the checkpoint that regularized her, put through due process and cleared, raised, offboarded. The rate approved along the way is the rate the payroll demo pays out.
The 201 file for Maria Santos, EMP-0104, a Barista at Northside Branch, marked Probationary. Tabs read 201 File, Contracts, Attendance, Documents, Performance and Discipline, and inside the 201 File tab a toggle sits on Profile rather than Compensation. Her daily rate is ₱735.00 in force since 09/02/2025, continuous service 0mo, and no leave credits earned yet. An employment card lists her department, shift and rest day, and a government numbers card says SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN are on file. An onboarding document checklist has her probationary contract, valid ID and NBI clearance verified and her medical certificate still pending.
Step 1 of 6
Everything about somebody in one place: what they do, what they are paid, what they have signed and what they have taken. Government numbers sit on the record and are never retyped into a payroll run.
This is Maria on her first day, on probation. Everything that happens to her for the next year happens on this record.
