Delete your account

Endustra Business Consultancy, developer of Endustra POS

You can delete your Endustra account at any time, from inside the Endustra POS app or by asking us. Deleting your account removes your login and your access to every business it was connected to. It does not remove the business's own records, which belong to the business and not to any one person. This page explains both.

From the Endustra POS app

  1. Sign in and open Settings from the menu.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete my account. We email a 6-digit code to the address on the account.
  3. Enter the code. Your deletion is scheduled for 30 days later and you are signed out.

The 30 days are yours to change your mind: you can still sign in, and Settings shows the date with a way to cancel. On that date the login is deleted and cannot be recovered. We email you when the deletion is scheduled, so a request you did not make is visible at once; cancel it from Settings and change your password.

The app will refuse in three cases, and tell you which: you are the only admin of a business that still has other members (make someone else an admin first, from Admin > Users in the web app), the login belongs to a paired register rather than a person (retire the register from the web app instead), or you are the last developer account on the platform. If that becomes true during the 30 days, the deletion is put on hold and Settings says why.

By request

If you can no longer sign in, or would rather we do it, email hello@endustra.co from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Endustra account". We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 15 working days and tell you when it is done. We cannot act on a request sent from a different address without further verification.

What is deleted

  • Your login: email address, password, and any Google sign-in link.
  • Your profile: name, default branch, appearance preference.
  • Your access to every business (branch memberships), your notifications, and the deletion request itself.
  • On the device: the app clears your session and everything it cached for you when you sign out.

What the business keeps

Endustra POS is used at work. The business you worked for controls its own records, and Philippine law requires it to keep some of them for set periods (accounting and tax records under the National Internal Revenue Code, payroll and employment records under the Labor Code). So these stay with the business, no longer linked to a login:

  • Sales, receipts, refunds and cash counts you recorded as a cashier. Receipts keep the cashier name printed on them at the time.
  • Your employee record, if the business employed you: payslips, attendance, contracts and 201 file entries.
  • Actions logged for audit, such as approvals, voids and settings changes, shown as made by a removed user.

To have those corrected or removed, ask the business directly. It is the controller of that information under the Data Privacy Act; we help it respond. See the Privacy Policy for how the two roles work.

Closing a whole business account

Deleting your personal account does not close the business's subscription. An owner who wants the business itself removed should cancel the plan from Billing in the web app, export what they need within 30 days, and email us to request deletion of the rest. Details are in the Terms of Service.
