Payroll
Semi-monthly cutoffs, statutory contributions, withholding tax and 13th month, on the same record HR keeps. Payslips your staff open themselves.
30 days free, no card, 10 employees included.
Northside Branch
Payroll reads the rate HR approved.
One live data layer, so a raise approved on a contract is the rate the next cutoff pays. No export, no import, and no second version of the truth sitting in somebody's spreadsheet.
Where the hours come from
Staff open the browser and clock in. The punch carries where it was made, against a radius the branch sets.
That punch goes straight into the record. It becomes the day's time in and out, the hours, late minutes and night differential are worked out from it, and the cutoff reads that.
A branch with no fence set simply records punches without one. Nothing is switched on behind your back, and nobody is locked out of clocking in on their first day.
A punch outside the branch's fence still records. It comes back saying you appear to be outside the approved branch location and is flagged for a manager, because refusing it would cost somebody a day's pay over a weak signal.
Inside one run
One cutoff touches all of this, and none of it is a separate exercise you do afterwards in a spreadsheet.
The contribution and withholding tables are configuration. When an agency publishes new ones they are updated in settings and the next run uses them, which is why this page shows peso amounts and never a rate it would have to be right about forever.

Four screens from the real thing, and you can tap them. Every peso on them adds up, because the person reading this checks.
The Payroll page for Northside Branch, September 2026. Four employees on payroll, the daily time record complete for 4 of 4, and 47 days recorded. Cutoff 1 runs 09/01/2026 to 09/15/2026 and is a draft with a Run payroll button. Cutoff 2 runs 09/16/2026 to 09/30/2026 and has not started.
Step 1 of 4
Payroll runs on the cutoffs the branch actually uses. The daily time record fills itself from attendance, so by the time the cutoff closes the days, hours and approved overtime are sitting there.
Four people, 47 days between them. Nothing to key in.
Tap the marked spots on the screen, or move through the steps above with the arrow keys.
The rate being paid here is the one approved on the HR demo. One live data layer, not an export and an import.
